Nie ma nic lepszego w sobotnie przedpołudnie niż nicnierobienie w spokojnym miejscu. W tym celu, pewnego majowego popołudnia - tak wiem, mam potworne opóźnienie, udałam się do Forty Hall w gminie Enfield, gdzie znajduje się jakiś taki okazały dworek. A przy dworku znajduje się uroczy park, pełen spokojnych zakamarków, idealnych do zatrzymania się i poczytania książki. Jedynym chyba minusem tego miejsca jest to, że daleko z niego do przystanku autobusowego czy jakiejkolwiek stacji, choć może dzięki temu nie ma w nim tylu turystów i jest idealnym miejscem do wypoczynku?

There is no better thing to do on Saturday morning than doing nothing in a quiet, peaceful place. This is why, on one of the May mornings - I know I have a terrible delays on my blog, I went to Forty Hall in borough of Enfield, which is a lovely mansion house. What's more interesting, there is a lovely park around the mansion, full of quiet narrow lanes, ideal for stopping and reading a book. I think the only disadvantage of this place is the fact it's far from the bus stop or a station, so it's not easy to reach. Although maybe this is the reason why there are no tourists there and it's an ideal place to relax?

I wonder that has that poor goat done that they called the street with its name.

Tym z czego w niektórych kręgach słynie gmina Enfield, jest bankomat. I to wcale nie byle jaki, a pierwszy na świecie. Tak, bankomaty nie są z nami od zawsze!

The thing that Enfield is famous of is a cash machine! It's not a random machine, though. It is the first ATM ever in the whole wide world! How cool is that!
