Kontynuując nasze londyńskie wojaże, odwiedzamy dzisiaj kolejną gminę, gdzie idziemy na małe zakupy na uliczny targ na Portobello Road. Uwielbiam spacery po tej okolicy, bo jest ona pełna pozytywnych, kolorowych kamienic oraz spokojnych, klimatycznych uliczek - o ile zboczy się z głównej Portobello Road i pozwoli sobie na zgubienie się w gąszczu uliczek Notting Hill.

Let's keep on travelling around London like we do lately and visit another borough today. We'll start our visit with some small shopping at Portobello Road Market. I love strolling around this area because it's full of positive, colorful houses and quiet, atmospheric streets - as long as you wander off the main street. Just allow yourself to get lost in the maze of charming streets in Notting Hill.

Trafiłam pewnego razu do Saatchi Gallery w Chelsea, goszczącej u siebie artystów współczesnych. Mówi się, że to, czego nie chce wystawić u siebie Tate Modern, znajdzie swoje miejsce u Saatchi'ego. Podczas moich odwiedzin, w całej galerii wystawiane były prace rosyjskich artystów.

I visited the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea once, which houses the contemporary art artworks. It is said that they exhibit things that the Tate Modern didn't want to have in their collections. When I came to look around the gallery, the exhibition was about the pieces of work made by Russian artists.

A jeżeli interesuje was rzemiosło artystyczne i sztuka, tym razem nie ta współczesna, to polecam wizytę w Victoria and Albert Museum, które w swoich zbiorach ma wiele zachwycających rzeczy.

If you are interested in crafts and art, this time not the contemporary one, I recommend a visit to the Victoria and Albert Museum, which has many delightful things in its collection.

Zaś w Muzeum Historii Naturalnej odkryłam prawdziwą przyczynę zniknięcia dinozaurów/In the Natural History Museum I discovered the real reason of dinosaurs' extinction

A skoro byłam już w Chelsea, to przy okazji odwiedziłam na szybko National Army Museum, którego wystawa ma bardzo ładny wystrój i projekt.

Since I was in Chelsea, I went for a quickly visit to the National Army Museum, where the exhibition has a very nice décor and design.

I ostatnim już miejscem, które w tej gminie mogę polecić jest Holland Park, a dokładniej jego ogród japoński - Kyoto Gardens. O ile trafi się na porę, gdzie nie ma tłumów, to można tam wypocząć w przepięknym otoczeniu.

It's time for the last place I can recommend in this borough, which is the Holland Park or to be more specific, the Kyoto Gardens. If you get there when it's not crowded, it'll be a perfect place to relax in some beautiful surroundings.
